Enquiry privacy

When you send an enquiry, we receive the contact and project details you provide so we can respond and discuss your dredging requirements.

What you send

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, project location and project details. Company and telephone details are optional. Please don’t include sensitive personal information.

How it is handled

Your enquiry is sent to Catfish Dredgers by email using Brevo, our email delivery provider. Website hosting and email providers process information needed to operate these services. Standard server logs may record technical information such as IP addresses and request times.

The site uses Google Fonts; your browser connects to Google to load those fonts. This site does not include advertising or analytics scripts.

Contact

For questions about your enquiry information or to request a correction, email info@dredgingservices.com.au.

Information in your message

Only include information relevant to the dredging enquiry. For example, you can describe the location, access and material without supplying identity documents, payment details or information about other people. If you email site photographs or plans, check that the files are appropriate to share with the team handling the enquiry.

Sending and following up

The form sends your details to the website’s server for validation before requesting email delivery through Brevo. The email includes the information you enter and uses your email address as the reply address. Your message is not published on the website, and submitting an enquiry does not sign you up to a newsletter through this form.

If the website cannot confirm submission, it displays a message asking you to email directly. Please mention any earlier enquiry when following up so the team can identify related correspondence. A submission confirmation means the email service accepted the request; it does not confirm that a person has read it.

Website operation

The form uses an automated spam field and a submission-rate check. The rate check temporarily records a hashed version of the connection’s IP address and an attempt count, rather than the enquiry message itself. Hosting and email systems may retain their own operational records. Contact Catfish if you need further information about how your particular enquiry is handled.
