A focus on transportable dredging equipment
Catfish’s equipment has been developed around floating dredgers that can be moved between jobs. This makes transport and deployment part of the project discussion from the outset. Rather than treating the dredger in isolation, we consider how it will reach the water, where it will operate and how the discharge arrangement will connect to the rest of the site.
The existing equipment range covers different ways of working, including onboard operation, shore-controlled systems and manually positioned equipment for smaller areas. Each has a different role. Selecting a machine starts with understanding the job rather than assuming that one configuration will suit every pond or waterway.
